On the market

Tomorrow at 10am the house will officially be on the Market. Exciting and a little scary, selling my comfort zone. However looking forward to the space a new bigger house is going to give us.

House update

Well I would say 90% ready. On the market Monday for 265,000. Hopefully goes really quick. It definitely has that new fresh look.

Snow Leopard

Apples update to leopard is fantastic. I have noticed a major performance boost on my MacBook. The combination of the new OS X and 2 more Gb of ram is just what the doc ordered.

Realtor Tomorrow

Tomorrow the realtor is coming by, however the painters have about two days left and carpet estimator will be by also tomorrow. Hoperfully the can lay carpet sometime next week. Getting excited now, looking forward to the search for a house. Thinking about taking a week off here soon, the time is right as far as ship goes. Got to take it while the chance is there. Kids are growing up faster than I would have ever thought. Loving them all.

House is getting there

I figure a couple of weeks and the house will be on the market. It is really starting to come along now. I would really like to be in a new place before 3 pound 12 ounce Layna is born late October. Looing forward to the much needed room. Other than that life is great the Navy is going well just the typical hang ups.

Heading back to Sea tonight

I have to be on the ship by 8 tonight, missing Sabrina and the kids just thinking about it. Howerver yesterday was a great day with J’s birthday party. Also think that I found a buyer for the Scion, one more obstacle to new house joy overcame. Alright see everyone when I get back.

Day after duty...

Not a bad day, really feel I accomplished some things around the house. Still trying to get it ready for this housing market. cant wait to get into a new place, I know Sabrina is ecstatic. Work is crazy, seems like all the outliers I have fall on two of the most inexperienced individuals I have ever had the chance to work with. Hopefully those leadership skills I have honed over the past 17 years pay off. Well underway again here tuesday for a few days, then off again for the weekend. Will spend the time wisely, chores and family time.

Back from a short stint

Had a little short stint at sea doing what us sailors do. Good to come home and see the kids yesterday. All is well at the home front and job.

This is a test of a new blog system. Testing a new method of updating blog, Facebook and Twitter. This is only a test, If this was a real blog it wouldnt have all this test crap mentioned.

Forgot to say

Forgot to mention that Avery celebrated her 2^nd birthday and Ryan his first; Avery speaks allot and can forward jump, Ryan crawls well and is on his way to walking.

What can I say, allot has happened in the 7 months since I last wrote. I added a new name to the blog title (Layna) our third heir to the throne due to arrive at the end of October. Another princess at that, they really know how to get my heart. We are in the process of preparing our current house for sale, time to move into a larger castle. My sister Wendi had her son, Quinn, a handsome devil he is, heart breaks coming for some girls in his future. The other end of the spectrum is my Navy side, everything is going well...Busy is the word. It is really hard to juggle time between work and home. Last thing I want to say is Glue is sticky...

A long weekend gone

Went back to work for two days and then had a 3 day weekend. Guess what it is the last day of that. Does time fly or what, well yesterday we went to Williamsburg with pretty much the whole family. It was a pretty good time. Today we are going to work on the kids rooms and eat some good food that Sabrina is going to prepare. Tomorrow is my first duty day since vacation, really not looking forward to it.

Last Day Of Vacation

We have it people, the end. Wow how fast time goes by when you are on vacation. Well to prepare for my trek back to work I must get a haircut today. Make sure I have a uniform, Etc...

I hope to get enough family time this year, being as I deploy at the later end.

Somewhat lazy Sunday

Today was one of those semi-lazy days. Not too much happened. However Avery acquired the skill of making the smooch sound whilst giving kisses.

There is nothing like coming home

Got home late last night, around 10 pm. The feeling of walking through the door is so great, the stress of the road and vacation just lifts away. Well right now Ryan and I are watching Saturday morning cartoons while the girls catch a little more sleep. Dont really know what is in stor for this lovely Sunday.

Family Ties (8 Jan)

Did the day fly away. It is 11 p.m. and I don’t know what we did today besides eat, how time flies. Well trying to get my brother setup in a new apartment, since he left Tina last weekend he has been with Dad. Looking to get him on his own again, proving allot harder than expected. I can truly tell he is thankful for everything we are doing for him. He is starting over from scratch at mid Life. I believe he will be fine and everything will work out. Okay enough...Good Night.

Ohhh Carolina (7 Jan)

Carolina Living, that is what we are doing today. Ate at the world famous Beacon Drive-In and just now finished our first taste of Venus Pie Pizzeria pizza, and shall I use the word “delectable”. We arrived here in the south at around 12:45, went directly to my Dad’s and hung out with him and my brother Chad. Went into our Carolina home (Courtyard Marriot) at about 5:00 and been there since. When I am here I reminisce  allot about how it used to be, but that Spartanburg is long gone. Hell I need a map to get around what I could have done in the days blindfolded. Well Ya’ll be good you hear. Fatback will be consumed Friday.....

Wow did I neglect or what.

It has been over a year since I last posted here. And I cant believe how much has changed. Well for one I need to rename my blog to My Life With Sabrina, Avery and Ryan. Thats right, actually he is 6 months old on the 15th of this month. I am now a college graduate and am back to doing what a sailor does onboard the USS McFaul. Everything is well and going great. I am going to try and keep posting changes here. My thoughts for me.
