On the market

Tomorrow at 10am the house will officially be on the Market. Exciting and a little scary, selling my comfort zone. However looking forward to the space a new bigger house is going to give us.

House update

Well I would say 90% ready. On the market Monday for 265,000. Hopefully goes really quick. It definitely has that new fresh look.

Snow Leopard

Apples update to leopard is fantastic. I have noticed a major performance boost on my MacBook. The combination of the new OS X and 2 more Gb of ram is just what the doc ordered.

Realtor Tomorrow

Tomorrow the realtor is coming by, however the painters have about two days left and carpet estimator will be by also tomorrow. Hoperfully the can lay carpet sometime next week. Getting excited now, looking forward to the search for a house. Thinking about taking a week off here soon, the time is right as far as ship goes. Got to take it while the chance is there. Kids are growing up faster than I would have ever thought. Loving them all.

House is getting there

I figure a couple of weeks and the house will be on the market. It is really starting to come along now. I would really like to be in a new place before 3 pound 12 ounce Layna is born late October. Looing forward to the much needed room. Other than that life is great the Navy is going well just the typical hang ups.

Heading back to Sea tonight

I have to be on the ship by 8 tonight, missing Sabrina and the kids just thinking about it. Howerver yesterday was a great day with J’s birthday party. Also think that I found a buyer for the Scion, one more obstacle to new house joy overcame. Alright see everyone when I get back.
